Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of my wares are handmade by only my hands. I really hope that you shouldn’t need to return an item to me, but if for some reason you are not happy with the way your basket has reached you, please drop me an email on hello@katybremerbasketry.com and I can sort it out for you.

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and that the refund has been processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales and seconds items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Kirnbank, Foulford Road, Cowdenbeath, Fife, KY4 9AP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
