An Sùbh-làir (The Strawberry)

This basket is inspired by traditional British strawberry picking baskets, and uses the same techniques. Despite it’s open form, it is a strong basket. I have used four different willow varieties in this one, including Brittany Blue willow grown in Lochgilphead on the West Coast of Scotland. In these modern times, you can use it for whatever you like – including picking strawberries!
